Up for sale by Suburban Auto Sales is a pretty uncommon and quirky offering at a very low price. This is a 2007 “new beetle” with a 5 cylinder motor (referred to as the “07k” and a 5 speed manual gearbox. Incredibly fun to drive, and fairly fuel efficient as well. A drivetrain thats known for its reliability, and the car does run and drive quite well! 3 owners, and a clean title. Recently replaced brakes and tons of tread on the tires, no codes or faults and a brand new inspection valid through March 2022. Ready to be commuted in immediately! Pros ; New inspection Recently replaced brakes Good tires Runs and drives well All electronic functions work, both windows, power moonroof, rear hatch, etc Heated seats work well Leather interior presents well Cons Now as expected this is an inspected $2300 car, it is not perfect by any means Suspension is a bit soft, doesn’t seem to affect the car much but may need attention in the future It’s missing the rear wing, would be pretty easy to find one but isn’t necessary. Antenna cover on the roof is broken Glove box is broken Air conditioning works but is a little weak, could use a recharge. All in all good inspected transportation.
